In 2021, as a Marriage Family Therapist Licensed in California since 2014, I started my own telehealth therapy counseling business, Destination-Therapy with Tammy Brooks LMFT. I knew it was time to finally put my calling and compassion for others to work. I must say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made and absolutely enjoy guiding individuals and couples in finding their best hopes.
I am truly blessed and honored to have the opportunity to offer couple, marriage counseling and individual therapy sessions. Mental health services available for people 18 years and older, including older adults over 65. I also offer an 8-week anxiety support group.
